PURCHASE ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Department Purchases: Agencies must submit a New Customer Form for first-time purchases, along with a Letter of Intent on department letterhead outlining the items requested and their intended use. Additional documentation may be required, including an FET Out Form, Agency W-9, and a State Tax Exempt Form (if applicable).

Off-Duty Purchases: Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria are welcome to participate in the Off-Duty Purchasing Program. 

Required Forms & Submissions: All necessary forms, including tax exemption and ATF compliance documents, are available for download on our website. Incomplete submissions may delay order processing.

Military Eligibility: Active-duty, retired, and honorably discharged veterans can purchase by providing valid military credentials, such as an active military ID, DD214 form, or a state-issued veteran ID.

Law Enforcement & First Responder Eligibility: Sworn and retired law enforcement officers, corrections officers, court officers, firefighters, paramedics, and other emergency personnel must provide official agency credentials or documentation verifying employment.

Additional Eligible Professionals: TSA employees, commercial pilots, judicial officials, NRA-certified instructors, law enforcement students, and licensed security professionals must submit valid credentials and a government-issued ID to verify their status before purchasing.

FEDERAL EXCISE TAX EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE

Please complete and return this certificate if your agency is tax-exempt from certain products. The address on the certificate must match the shipping address of your items.

Sentinel Supply offers your agency store credit for all transferable firearms, optics, and ammunition. We maximize trade value, helping you get more for your department’s assets while increasing your purchasing power. Sentinel Supply also specializes in the destruction of non-transferable firearms, helping you clean out your evidence locker. 

Sworn officers employed by the trade-in agency will have an opportunity to access special buyback pricing of their firearms!
